Keysight Streamline USB Oscilloscope13 June 2018 – Keysight Technologies announced a new measurement platform that ensures consistent, repeatable results across all phases of design. The new Keysight Streamline Series is comprised of compact USB instruments: vector network analyzers (VNAs), oscilloscopes and an arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) that leverage Keysight technologies, measurement algorithms, and application software.

RS RTP12 June 2018 - Rohde & Schwarz expanding its oscilloscope portfolio with the new high-performance R&S RTP family. The R&S RTP combines various instruments better than any other oscilloscope in its class. All these features make the R&S RTP the oscilloscope of choice for debugging, e.g. embedded components with fast digital or wideband RF interfaces. The R&S RTP is now available from Rohde & Schwarz as a 4 GHz, 6 GHz or 8 GHz model.

Anritsu MP1900A PCIe08 June 2018 – Anritsu launched a PCIe test and compliance test solution which was developed in collaboration with Granite River Labs (GRL) and Teledyne LeCroy. The test solution supports both PCI Express transmitter and receiver tests using automation software for the MP1900A. It also enables connection of customers’ oscilloscopes with the MP1900A by supporting real-time oscilloscopes from the three main manufacturers, permitting automation of complex receiver tests required for evaluating devices in accordance with the PCI Express standards.

Picotech 5000D04 June 2018 - Pico Technology introduced the PicoScope 5000D Series FlexRes oscilloscopes and MSOs that feature up to 16 bits of vertical resolution with up to 200 MHz bandwidth and 1 GS/s sampling speed. FlexRes hardware employs multiple high-resolution ADCs at the input channels in different time-interleaved and parallel combinations to optimize either the sampling rate to 1 GS/s at 8 bits, the resolution to 16 bits at 62.5 MS/s, or other combinations in between.

TLC wavepro hd08 May 2018 – Teledyne LeCroy announced the WavePro HD high-definition oscilloscopes, which combine for the first time HD4096 12-bit technology and 8 GHz bandwidth for low noise and pristine signal fidelity. With a maximum of 5 Gpoints of fast, responsive, and easily navigable acquisition memory, also an industry first, WavePro HD oscilloscopes also acquire extremely fine waveform details over long periods of time. A deep, powerful toolset quickly exposes underlying system behaviors.

Yokogawa CAN ScopeCorder18 April 2018 - Yokogawa introduced a new CAN FD monitoring module for its ScopeCorder family of portable data-acquisition and recording instruments. The new 720242 plug-in module is compatible with the DL850EV (Vehicle Edition) instrument and the new DL350 ScopeCorder fitted with the /VE option.

TLC HVD3000A16 April 2018 – Teledyne LeCroy introduced its HVD3000A series of high-voltage differential probes—the 1-kV safety-rated HVD310XA, the 2-kV safety-rated HVD3206A and the 6-kV safety-rated HVD3605A. These new probes serve the complete spectrum of power-electronics applications while providing 1% gain accuracy, a differential-voltage range of up to 1500 V (DC + peak AC), and high offset ranges.

GWInst FRA09 April 2018 - GW Instek launched a new firmware for the MSO-2000EA and MDO-2000E mixed-signal oscilloscopes which adds a frequency response analysis function. The new firmware V1.34. FRA software can be downloaded for free from GW Instek website. After the installment, a standalone instrument, via arbitrary waveform generator, oscilloscope, and FRA software, allows users to obtain DUT’s FRA characteristic curve plot (Bode plot).

TLC 3000z04 April 2018 - Teledyne LeCroy announced the WaveSurfer 3000z oscilloscopes, which expand the existing WaveSurfer 3000 bandwidth range above and below that of earlier models, while also bolstering functionality for power-electronics testing. In addition, the new models provide more processing power and memory. All WaveSurfer 3000z oscilloscopes feature a large 10.1" capacitive touch screen, a vast set of debug and analysis tools, multi-instrument capabilities, feature/option upgrades, and support for a wider probe range.

Advantech USB DSO128 March 2018 - Advantech launched two USB digital storage oscilloscopes with 200 MHz bandwidth and up to 1 GS/s sample rate. The 2 channel instruments feature up to 128 MS/ch waveform memory for high speed data acquisition. A special feature is that up to 6 instruments can be stacked resulting in up to 12 channels.
